Campaign Overview

The Campaign Orchestrator manages your PMax campaigns based on the overall goal and budget, product goals and product performance data.It thereby automatically assigns the right products to the right campaigns with the best settings to help you achieve your global optimum. It furthermore distributes the configured overall budget across the orchestrated campaigns and optimizes the campaigns' respective bidding strategies - especially the Target ROAS setting for “Maximize Conversion Value” campaigns.

The campaign overview shows all orchestrated campaigns and their respective settings.

Note: Any changes you make to the campaigns will be taken into account during the next scheduled run of the Campaign Orchestrator. Contact your smec team for details or if you want to change the schedule.

You can also click “Publish Changes” to trigger this immediately. Please note that the publishing process can take up to several hours.

Change campaign priorities

Note that the order of your campaigns is important: if a product is assigned to multiple campaigns, it will only be matched to the campaign with the higher relative priority. You can change the priorities of campaigns at any time by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner and selecting "Change Priorities". By default, newly created campaigns have the lowest priority order.

Enable campaign sync

After adding the campaign, do not forget to enable campaign sync. You can either choose to sync the newly created campaign to an existing campaign in Google Ads, or let the Campaign Orchestrator create a new Google Ads campaign.

Note: If you chose to sync to an existing Google Ads campaign, some settings of that campaign will be overwritten. See [Campaign Sync] for details.
